What is the RSA Cohort?

Three months.
Six conversations.
Real clarity.

RSA stands for Reflection, Steadiness, and Action — the three things this cohort is designed to cultivate, in that order.

It is not a course. There are no slides, no homework, no certificates. It is a structured series of small-group conversations, hosted by Heather, designed to help you think more clearly about a significant moment in your life or career.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you join. That's rather the point.

"This is not about force or performance. It is about creating enough calm and structure to move well."

— Heather Grabowsky

Let's be clear

What this cohort is not.

A coaching programme

There are no prescribed outcomes, no weekly tasks, and no one telling you what to do. This is a space for your own thinking to emerge.

A therapy group

While the conversations can be personal and meaningful, this is not a therapeutic intervention. It's a structured space for reflection and forward movement.

A networking event

The group is intentionally small and private. This is not about building contacts — it's about thinking clearly alongside people navigating similar crossroads.

A quick fix

The work is unhurried by design. If you need an answer by next week, this probably isn't the right moment. If you're ready to think well, it might be.

High pressure

You will never be put on the spot or expected to perform. Sessions are conversational, and you always get to choose how much you share.

One-size-fits-all

Every cohort is shaped by the people in it. The themes are consistent — but how they unfold depends entirely on the group.

How it works

Common questions

Before you apply.

If something isn't answered here, you're welcome to get in touch directly.

Not at all. In fact, most people who join are in a period of not knowing — which is precisely what the cohort is designed for. You don't need clarity before you arrive. That's what the three months are for.

Life happens. If you miss a session, Heather will follow up with you personally so you don't lose the thread. That said, the group dynamic benefits from consistency — so regular attendance matters.

Yes. What is shared in the group stays within the group. All participants are asked to agree to this before joining, and Heather holds this standard throughout.

The cohort offers the particular benefit of a small group — hearing others navigate similar crossroads can be as clarifying as the direct conversation. One-to-one work is more private and can move at your own pace, with full attention on your specific situation.

If you've read this page and something in you has quietly said "yes" — that's usually a good signal. The application is short, and Heather reads every one personally. There's no pressure and no obligation simply from applying.

Yes. Full pricing and payment options are shared after your application is reviewed. If cost is a consideration, please mention it in your application — Heather is happy to discuss what works.

Ready when you are
